It's really nice to really sink in for a bit, even if it is staring at a screen. It's so easy. The problem starts when you do it once more. We're always one more episode away from a 14 day binge until we're red-eyed, bearded––what's that smell...is that me?––and slightly delirious. Better take a break once in a while. Enjoy the natural daylight, some fresh air, and maybe a splash from a fish. Don't forget to wear polarized sunglasses. Your eyes may be sensitive to sunlight.
