There's no way I'm waking up at 5am unless I have a reason to be excited to wake up at 5am the night before.
Part of me needs that excitement to build all through the night.
It doesn't help me at all when it comes to a healthy sleep schedule, but I always let myself get excited right before bed the night before. It's a way of setting my intention, to choose to wake up before I even go to sleep.
When is the last time you woke up with the sun?
It might be time for some fresh air, and no air is fresher than at sunrise.
You'll have the world to yourself.
