I eat a lot of pizza. I want to eat pizza for every meal. Every meal.
Breakfast? Leftover pizza warmed up on the griddle. Lunch? Takeout for a few slices. Dinner? Delivery; I'll eat the whole pie. Maybe an extra slice for dessert.
Obviously I'd also like to survive past my 30th birthday.
It isn't much, but hitting the water every day, especially in kayak, is an excuse to move. Even if it's a small effort, at least it's an effort. That little bit of work usually gives me a craving to work a little more and actually go to the gym..
It at least lets me eat a slice of pizza (with a side salad) guilt-free.
That's all the permission I need.
Sleeping in is a waste of daylight. Do what you love––go fishing.
